No written instructions, just pictures, but went together in minutes. Built solidly. Runs quiet and has plenty of power to cut grass and suck up leaves. Feels like you're vacuuming your lawn and looks like carpet after you're finished. I would suggest 12 gauge wire for 100 foot cord. My 14 gauge feels warm to the touch after mowing. Catcher is very efficient and easy to remove to empty grass and leaves. I've only had it for a few days, so reliability remains to be seen, but the design and build quality give me hope it will last many seasons with no troubles.

The product has a much more limited lifespan than expected. Some parts easily disassemble. But it cuts just fine.

I went away from gas mowers almost 12 years ago... Ive stuck with a corded due to worrying about charging batteries... Ive had 2 electric mowers in the last 12 years and just bought this one (my 3rd) - This mower is amazing! I cant quite put my finger on it, but: it sounds better, it seems a lot stronger, and cuts right the first time (tall grass). First time Ive tried the brand Worx and Im very happy with them and def recommend.

I was nervous about buying an electric lawn mower but it has the power to get the job done. I have an average size yard it takes care of it no problem. The grass catcher bag is a little small and have to empty often but I just put a rubber storage container in yard while cutting and dumped into that. I had to get use to cutting with a cord attached but once u find a method its pretty smooth. Also lawnmower was very easy to put together althought instructions were a little lacking. I have used 4 times now and mower still going strong and I don't smell like gas afterwards.

Likes: Powerful, well made. Dislike: Clippings blow out between the top cover and the bag. When mowing the dusty area of my yard, I usually wear a mask. I wanted a bag to collect clippings as the mulch was accumulating. The mower I had was discontinued, so I couldn't order a bag attachment for it. I believe this one has also been discontinued, but it comes with a bag. Was a great value for the price. However, the new model has casters on the front wheels, so presume it's more maneuverable. Being thrifty, I saved about $60 by buying this model - and Would do it again.
