This alarm clock has been on the market for more than 20 years. That’s how long I had owned my first one, and it’s been all over the world with me, virtually indestructible, until it “drowned” in a kayak accident in the Caribbean Sea this winter. Of course, I wanted the same one again, and was amazed that you could still buy it. Lesson learned: It’s not waterproof!💦

My First one lasted for almost 20 years. Bought another one from another vendor and alarm stopped working after 2 months. Hopefully this would not quit working so quickly. I love this product as i can carry it anywhere and i can check the time in dark. Alarm sound is not harsh. I am changing my reviews to 3 star because in the past year, 3 of these alarm clocks quit working on me. I am wondering if their quality has gone down somehow. I still like it for its size and features and I haven't found a replacement for it in another brand yet. So I am buying it again in the hope that I might get lucky this time.
