I've tried two other brands of metallic wax paint and Baroque Gilders Paste is by far the better of them. The consistency is light and creamy and the pigments are highly concentrated so a little goes a long way. A stencil brush or cotton rags both work for even application. There are also a wide variety of colors to choose from. The twist top keeps paint from drying out. Price is a bit high but well worth it for the ease of use and the aesthetically pleasing look on finished projects.

This seller was very difficult to work with. The item arrived which included 8 bulbs. I took 1 bulb from the pack to see if it was as described and see if the item worked. It was not the color as described in the listing. I contacted the seller and he accused me of having used all the bulbs and would not return the item for the same item in a different color.
