Lots of recipes
The book has lots of good recipes, but the directions are for a different model of Power Pressure Cooker than I have. I have a newer model and am waiting for a cookbook to come out for it. The directions are slightly different because the choices on the cooker are not the same. I'll still use the recipes and improvise or use my own judgment on the timing and which button to push.

Not worth the money, will never use this cookbook
It has many recipes, however each one is what I call "NOT NORMAL" most of the ingredients are things I dont have in my house or never buy :( no, I would not recommend this unless you are cooking at the White House! Some ingredients I've never heard of, wish I could get my money back to buy one I will use. Sorry for the negative comment, but just telling the truth.

Great Book
The only good cookbook for the Power XL. So this review is just for the book! Instant Pot Company has much more info and products for its' pressure cooker than PowerXL. So, I honestly think, while to cookbook is really fine, I find the cooker itself to be lacking in something. Added items, like trivets would have been nice, or racks, or baskets, or something! I find I enjoy my crockpot much more. The Power XL is just taking up valuable counter space. Would sell it in a heartbeat, but no one wants it, they all want the Instant Pot.

I use my 8 qt Power Pressure Cooker every day! Also, I have 2 wonderful cookbooks that are great sources to inspire me too! I have given away my rice steamer and 3 crock pots! I didn’t need them since the Power Pressure Cooker is in my now uncluttered kitchen! Everyone should have one! My husband and I use it in out RV too! I just love it!!!
