Fast shipping. Very quiet and works great. Put in myself. Recommended. Only setback was with 1/2 inch line connections leaking but fixed by retightening and re positioning connectors a few times. May have been my fault as I am not a HVAC guy and see this is common for all split units as the flares are tricky to seal correctly. Recommend you leave the connectors exposed for a few weeks to inspect for leaks before you tape them up or cover them. If they leak again would try flareseal.
