    Breathtakingly beautiful set!

    This is the absolute most gorgeous chess set we've ever seen! The photos do not do it justice. The pieces are a little taller than we thought but that's actually a good thing. I would recommend this in a heartbeat. And, as a special bonus, the board is just as beautiful. Really, really worth the money!

    Usable set but a bit cheap feeling

    Found this to be much cheaper than it looks, and certainly cheaper than the other reviews indicate. Inner holding for the pieces isn't velvet or fabric, it's green plastic, and it falls out when the board is open. Entire set is lightweight and chintzy feeling. Totally fine and playable, but not a beautiful set the way some other reviews indicate. Just know what you're in for before you purchase.

    Beautiful Chess Set..

    Gorgeous hand craved wood chess set. It would have been nice if the pieces were a little heavier in weight but overall it's a beautiful set and we've enjoyed it very much and have gotten many compliments on the artistry and craftsmanship of the pieces. I am Polish and am proud to own this set in the States
