    Pure L-Glutamine 500G

    I've been adding this product to my supplementation in the morning and after my workouts. I've been using the product for about a week now, and I can feel a difference already in my recovery. It also tastes good. I will most likely be purchasing this product again when I'm close to running out of what I have now. Great value! I'd recommend this to others.

    Nasty Nasty Nasty

    This product is nasty and has a foul after taste. It doesn't dissolve and clumps up in the bottom of the cup. For the reviews that say it has no taste...that is incorrect. Drink with water and it has a nasty taste and a nasty aftertaste. What a waste of money. No flavor is totally incorrect. Don't waste your money on the nasty powder that doesn't dossolve. True waste of money.

    Take this every day !

    I have been using this product for over a year now. I have IBS and have had trouble with pain and various other symptoms. That all changed when I started taking this product. I have zero pain, regular gut function and will not miss a day taking this product. Don't know if this works like this for other folks but it's worth a try if you have issues with gut function.

    Great as always.

    Love Nutricost products. No they don't pay me to say that, it's just my thoughts. Glutamine is needed by the brain also helps buffer lactic acid (the stuff that makes you sore after a workout). Great value also.
