The location where my desk top computer and monitor has poor lighting and makes night time use difficult. I ordered this clip on light and can say this corrected the problem. Light is great. There are several different ways to adjust how much light is put out. I've used it on my laptop and on my books. Having the two lights is very handy so you don't have to adjust it to the page on the book you are reading. Being able to run it from a USB port on my computer is a feature I really like, saves on the purchase and use of batteries. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to others!

I use it to read my book at night. Now I can turn off the light on the nightstand because the book light gives me enough light on the book. So I don't have to reach over to turn on the light on the nightstand. I can just turn off the book light. There are two levels of lighting for each of the lights. I am using the batteries although it comes with a UBS cord. The idea of 2 lights was unique. Now I have light on both sides of the book. This is an excellent deal. For anyone who likes to read in bed at night and not disturb the person lying next to them, or likes to read in bed at night but doesn't feel like having to readjust themselves to turn off the nightstand light this is ideal for you.
