I purchased my Blissjoy about two weeks ago, 2/26/2020. Although, it is a great deal for the price, it was not as quite as I had expected it to be. Not loud, but not quiet humming silent either. It also indicates that there are 30 different speed levels. Truly, there are only about a solid 25 which is still more than most. I would change levels, but the speed stays the same. Fastest charging w/o overage!
Great quality and fastest changing of my 18650 vaping batteries. Instead of 4 hours for new batteries,it takes 1 hour! And never overcharges;as there are resistance measures in light symbols which are easy to learn by experience. Highly recommend this charger!

Pretty Cool Gadget.. Works Great!
Grabbed one of these since my new e-cig/vaporizer required a 18650 batter, something I've never even heard of... read the instructions, appears to work perfectly. Pretty neat, I will have to research more regarding other types of batteries, but as for my mine so far, so good!

Worth the money, so far.
Sturdy massager. Multiple massage heads and multiple speed options. My only critique is that I had to search online for how to use it. There are no real instructions or guidelines included. Both my massage therapist and chiropractor recommend these, so I am just searching videos online to see how best to use it.
