The Woodworking bench looks of great quality in the pictures. Unfortunately, as i opened the box, i realized why the cost was under $200. The pictures make the bench look as if it is solid wood. It is not. Half of the parts are fiberboard with wood laminat. The top of the table is only 1" thick but looks 3" thick because side trim is wide. Legs and cross members are solid wood like the table top so it is ver solid construction. Drawers are kinda flimsy and do not slide in and out very well. All in all i think it is a good buy for the novice or garage woodworker. The table is simple to put together but takes a while because of terrible instructions. One thing to watch for... the center drawer piece (the one that seperates both sides of drawers) did not align correctly. When it was screwed to underside of table in alignment holes as in instructions, it was off by 1/2". I had to pilot drill new holes to fit properly. Make sure to measure distance from drawer end cap to middle endcap on each side. They need to be the same. Mine was roughly 22.75" on each side when done. For the price, it is a great buy even with the issues. I would buy again. Roger,Read full review

The work bench is great. Very good workmanship on wood products used. Only draw back is the metal hardware used as drawer slides. One fell apart spilling ball bearings all over the floor. Would have been much better just to use wooden slides. I will make changes to the drawer slides on my own. The bench was a great buy at any rate. I will be using mine as seen below to hold my walking cane supplies and work station. I honor my fellow Veterans by wrapping with thread, walking canes that match their service metals. Now at least the wife can have her dinning room table back.
