    Great guitar for a younger player.

    This is a great starter kit for a young player. The strap does not fit a.. well rounded.. adult. The sound is decent for a starter guitar and the included tremolo bar will make learning riffs fun. Construction quality of the guitar is decent. the action is not too high. The sound is clean. The guitar is lightweight and has light strings which are perfect for the beginning guitarist. The amp is small, has built in overdrive and can give that rock sound without the pedals, though don't expect too much. The amp does not get very loud and this will limit the quality of the overdrive some, but again, for a starter kit this is great.

    Guitar is a good deal, just pick up new strings and do a complete set up and it sounds good. Amp is horrible sounding no matter how you adjust it.

    The guitar is cheap made but with a good set of strings, it sounds and plays wells. Had to make several adjustments to get intonation right but its good to go now. Little tuner works well and is convenient. However the amp is horrible. Very cheap made. Sounds ok if you dont use distortion. I have adjusted the gain, guitar tone, and tried all pick up settings and it doesnt help.

    This item came promptly and as described. The guitar itself is okay, basically what you could expect from lyx pro. It was not intonated and the frets are a little sharp on the sides of the neck. Other than that it has a good fit and finish, I really like the finish on the body. The amp is just a cheap 20 watt amp but will work good for beginners.

    I usually buy cheap or broken guitars from eBay and fix them up for my students who don't have much money. This was a great deal on this particular instrument and amp. Made a kid really happy
