The drain catching trays on the bottom slide back and forth a little to much. It's easy to knock them out. The Cup Hanger on the left will not really hold a cup that has any weight to it.....It will just pull the whole thing right out....But we don't really need that part anyway. Otherwise it gets the job done.

Much thought went into the design of this dish rack. Unfortunately, when it came time to put the idea into reality, corners were cut, Materials are flimsy. Metal parts are so thin they bend on a whim. I just got this yesterday,so it hasn't had a chance to fall apart yet. Assembly instructions reference a notch to hold the drain tray. There is no such notch. The silverware rack comes with a plastic bottom that is nowhere to be found in the instructions or parts list. I figured out how to clip it together, but as soon as utensils are dropped onto the bottom, it will fall apart. All in all I doubt this thing will last a month.

This was great at first. It was nice to look at and it gets a little bit of attention for its efficiency and style; however-- after about 5 months the plastic base of it gets water stains, then overtime it rusts (I'll say after a year). It's also space-consuming to store when not in use. I gave two stars because for the first few months of usage, it's perfect for holding, drying & organizing dishes.

Did not get the hardware to keep it together. Would really like it if I could actually use it. Have sent several emails. Guess I should try and buy the hardware for it.
