I would prefer to not have the audio voice tell me everything but it is a good feature for anyone who needs that type of direction. With this blood pressure wrist cuff,I found out late last night that an accurate reading depends on how you put it on. With the screen up,my b.p.was sky high. So high that I went to urgent care where it was a bit high,but a difference between 220/110 at home,140/90 there. I figured out how to place it correctly,now my b.p,is normal like it's been my whole life. I bought this because I'm getting old,as a precaution. Hope it works accurately for you.
