I am satisfied and would recommend Rick’s TV services
I had two problems with the main board One problem was the ports did not work The second problem was the coax import was not getting any channels The side ports were fixed but the coax antenna feed did not get any channels Ricks TV did come up with a solution to bypass the coacts feed with a coax to HMDI converter The converter cost $30 but the TV is working great now

Did not fix my issue
This EEPROM was professional installed we have all the proper tools since we are TV repair technicians. We made sure every connection on the chip was properly connected on the board. We put the main board back on the TV and it still does not work has the same function as before. Issue was Blinking orange and white constantly after trying to turn it on. This did not work. The picture quality on this set is phenomenal and the local dimming works very well for only having 80 control blocks. When there is one object on a completely black screen then there is a decent amount of 'bluing' around it as the LEDs are on behind it while the rest of the screen is turned off completely. I am a videophile and this bugs me a little but using this as a living room set it is perfect. Other cool things are that the set will connect to the internet and has netflix, amazon video and a number of other apps that you can use your slide out keyboard on the remote to control. The remote itself is very nice as well and you can program the remote codes for a very large number of devices so my tv remote controls my DVR, Blu ray player and also the volume on my receiver. ... A Great TV
Did a lot of research as i always do before purchasing a television or any major purchase. Everything kept coming back to this line. I almost bought the 551 but waited for the 552 then found out the 553 was coming soon. From my research, didn't worry about 3D and 480 Hz refresh rate. So everything about this set was right especially the value. You have to appreciate when a company doesn't skimp on quality but yet offers their products at a fair price. As opposed to the companies that charge several hundred $$$ to a thousand $$$ more because of their name. Ok so the picture quality is excellent the apps are nice, i use Netflix, haven't really used the others yet. sound is really good and i'm am very satisfied that i can watch sports without any notice of motion blurr!
