Puppy Loves It
Easy to clean. Puppy was quick to learn it’s purpose. Would recommend to other dog owners. Mat is durable. “Grass” is well sewn/glued. I do use a disposable pet pad between the mat & insert as a personal preference, but it is not necessary. Would recommend using an anti-slip mat under tray, if you have hardwood flooring.

Not Sure What to say....
I am sure that this thing works, and works well. I think that my problem is that I did not start my dog on this when he was small. He is now about 3 years old and will not use the thing. I spray the pheromones on it sometimes daily and offer treats to him and he still refuses to use it. Not sure what to do at this point because I was really hoping that he would take to this. Not saying that it won't work for you, just that I may be doing something wrong.I am sure that this thing works, and works well. eds improvement in design
I just received this in mail today and as soon as I took it from the box my 4 month old puppy decided it was a toy. I thought by looking at the picture that there was a way that the grass turf would be secured to the tray. NOT I lost a dog same breed that was paper trained to Cancer recently. Granted she was not a puppy but paper trained very easily. My biggest problem with trying to do the same with my monster puppy is she would grab the paper run with it and then find a place to shred it.I thought maybe I had solved that problem but she is lucky to weigh two pounds and was easily able to take the turf out of the tray and run through the apartment with it, with an exasperated mom on her heals. I am 70 years old and on social security so the cost by the time I paid shipping it was a ... Not the best at all
The mat is obviously a cut out from a big one. The ends of the mat were unstitching from the tarp if I pulled the strings that were sticking out. Also, it had a lot of plastic smell, which is not attractive at all for dogs. The mat just kept moving from the plastic insert, there's no clips or anything to prevent for my dog to pull it. The only good thing was the size.

This is a small product but it works well for a small female. There is not enough room for a larger dog. My five pound Malchi has just enough room to do her business and not miss. It is a durable product and the price is good for the quality. I would recommend a thorough wash before allowing your dog to use it, as it does smell like 'plastic' when it arrives.
