Just received, so I really can't evaluate the products effectiveness on my back yet. However, the quality of the 700ia Table is excellent. Everything is heavy duty and the balancing system is brilliantly engineered. The foot/ankle lock system is particularly fool proof.... It's obvious the engineers at Teeter are very safety conscious. The assembly was easy and the instructions for use were excellent. My unit was supposed to be "refurbished" but there wasn't a scratch or blemish on it. I can't image a better quality machine!!!!

It should be disclosed that you cannot purchase the lumbar attachment separately, as it does not adapt to this style Teeter. Very disappointing. I cannot use it, because I fully intended to buy the lumbar support attachment, because hanging upside down puts too much strain on my lower back.

I spend about 5 minutes in the morning 5 minutes before bed for the last few days and I already feel an inch taller. The setup didn't take long at all a couple of nuts and bolts is all you need to do. You do have to adjust the height a little bit to find the right balance for a slow decline and to not have to pull yourself back up just raising or lowering your arms.
