    Good overall book, some of her times are off

    Lots of wonderful recipes in this book and lots of information, the only problem is that her times for processing are off on some recipes. This has been stated in canning groups. Experienced canners will have no problem making the correct time adjustments, but new canners may not even be aware of the problem which could lead to under processes food.
