This compact-sized tire air compressor is an excellent tool to carry in the trunk for routine topping up tire pressure and for repairs. The pump is solid, well built, and quiet-running. It puts out a lot of air volume, and sports a static pressure of 150 psi indicated on the built-in pressure gauge. But, rely on your own separate calibrated tire pressure gauge for better accuracy. This design and construction makes for a much better compressor than the cheaper look-alike knock-off models of doubtful quality. One caution: have the compressor RUNNING before connecting to a tire stem valve, so the powerful direct-drive motor does not stall from a full-pressure cold start. Hint: I use my compressor with a 12v Lithium Ion mini jump starter battery pack to save the car battery. The unit comes with its own fitted carrying case for easy storage and portability. This mini compressor unit comes with custom carrying case with detachable 3ft hose and is convenient to carry in your vehicle for adding routine tire pressure and for repairs. The pump utilizes your vehicles 12V lighter socket. The compressor unit looks solid, and is surprisingly quiet-running. It puts out decent air volume for its size, and advertises 150 psi as indicated on the built-in pressure gauge. Only has a 10 minute duty cycle so cool downs may be necessary for long uses. The pressure gauge is not calibrated so recommend checking for accuracy with proper tire gauge afterwards. Overall works well on arrival.
