it may not be big but she starts and runs strong and I put her through her paces when the power went out for 30 hours here recently. she is not gonna run the great big stuff but she powered enough to make us comfortable. the neighbors were so jealous!! for the money u simply cant beat this. peace of mind and power wherever u need it. a man can carry this thing pretty easy. be great for a crew working off a truck in the middle of nowhere. very pleased with this

Don't waste your money on this generator. The vibration from this machine is so bad that it does not allow the electric plug to stay plugged into the outlet socket, I ended up using duct tape to hold the plug in long enough to use it for what I purchased it for. Very poor quality, definitely not a good value. The one and only one positive attribute this machine has is, IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT and easy to Transport. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this machine!

I bought this little guy mainly to power some electric power tools in areas i cant get an extension cord to. It was able to handle my chainsaw among other tools (one at a time of course). The generator came with an operating manual, 12 volt battery charging cables, and a small set of tools for its regular maintenance. The manual had information on several models, my key take away from it were safety precautions, fuel, and oil requirements. Overall its a well built unit and sounds like a quieter lawn mower. Pros: Light weight - i had no problem lugging this thing around, i think it weighs about 60lbs. Pretty easy to start - After i put in gas and oil, the labeling on the generator is all there so you can get it started without having the manual handy. Gas gauge - simplistic, but it works and many don't have this. Four stroke engine - uses 10w-30, 5w-30 and SAE-30 along with 87 octane gas, pretty much the same stuff you will keep for your lawn mower. Quiet - as mentioned before, it sounds like a quieter lawn mower. I didn't take any decibel readings or anything but from inside the house with the generator positioned about 25 feet away, the noise is minimal. Cons: Only one 120 volt plug in - for my needs its fine, but i can see why some people would want more. Oil location - The manufacturer could have included a funnel the right size for it, when you buy it, also buy a very long neck funnel, or have some scrap tubing...i ended up bending some scrap pipe to fill the oil Read full review

Connected a 1Kw 120 volt portable a/c unit -only-and failed miserably-kept tripping circuit breaker. Generator rated at 1200 watt rated and1500 watt surge, so a/c unit under. Could hear engine rpm slow down quickly. Did not meet expectations for my (a/c). Probably good for lower watt but so far not impressed-big deal-could have purchased a tail gater for less, disappointed.
