This bulb never reached the color advertised it would reach. No markings on packaging as to color temp of bulb. No markings found on the bulb upon installation. Had bulb shatter upon removal for inspection of markings per seller. Seller did not provide any further assistance beyond that. Even though I broke the bulb I still do not believe that the correct bulb was sent. Seller went dark through messages and has blocked me from their store. Big F for this seller.

    Great heater

    I would like to say that I recently purchased this in April and I couldn’t find a better price or quality. I’m only purchasing the item again because my son while cleaning the tank forgot to remove the heater before replacing the water. It cracked as soon as the cold water hit the heating element. Glad I was able to purchase again and for the same great price.

    Well made, easy to use, and works really well! Great product! Just as described!

    Great tank heater! Replaced x2 smaller non-adjustable 50w heaters in a 45 Gallon turtle tank. Set adjustable temperature and check the temp as the dial may be slightly off by visual setting. Once you find the right temp (about 80F for my soft shell turtle), it will keep temperature even when the room is cooler (basement gets around 60F in winter).

    Arrived promptly in a sturdy box. Very easy to set with firm knob and built in setting indicator. Construction looks good. Built in active indicator. Good, sturdy suction cups. So given that it was 1/3 cost of el cheapo from per store which died after a few months, so far I'd say good value.

    A good heater or bare minimum backup heater .

    Same technology as every glass heater since like the 70s so no surprise they got it right . Nice deal for a working heater that stays where you set it. Seems just as good as any other I've come across of this type outside the highest end premium heaters.

    Great product, well worth it. Can’t go wrong. Works great.

    Keeps my 55 gallon at 78 Fahrenheit and doesn’t run constantly like others. Have had for about a month now and no issues. Have purchased store bought heaters that are way more expensive that work just as good as this, so why not save money and get this one. It was worth a shot and it paid off. Saved myself from spending $50 again.
