I have been using these Power One ACCU batteries for several years in my digital processor hearing aids. They last approximately 15-18 hours of use on a charge. They charge in several hours in my charger. I normally change them out once a year. The cost savings is substantial over regular batteries.

The rechargeable batteries require frequent charges 3-hours of use, compared to 3 days with a disposable battery. Requires at least 2 sets of batteries to continually rotate. They give very little notification before they need to be changed. The battery charger also needs to be charged and the instructions do not advise if the battery charger can be charged at the same time as the hearing aide battery charging cycle. I don't believe the product is a good value, based on the limited use for the price. Perhaps it will evolve with a better battery in the future.

Easy to use and no more spending money repeatedly buying new batteries that only last a week or so. This product will pay for itself in about 6 months. I absolutely love it.

Will not charge in my Oticon OPN MiniRite rechargeable hearing aids using the Oticon charger for those hearing aids! Fits in the battery drawer but red light goes on indicating batteries will not charge. These PowerOne batteries are NiMH batteries. They operate on a different voltage level and their charging and discharging algorhythms are different from silver oxide rechargeable batteries my system uses.
