    Uplifting and Powerful

    This is the very first "spiritual" book that I have ever responded to. It is day-by-day conversation with my Lord that has touched my heart and my mind like nothing else. I read each day's lesson 2 or 3 times and feel strong and positive, even on days when I'm worried or harried. And the strength and confidence that it gives to me, the trust and peace I feel just grow stronger every day. I purchased 3 copies, one for myself and the other two for very dear friends.     Best Devotional Ever!!!

    I first became aware of this Devotional at a Women's Ministry Meeting through my church, several years ago. As I started reading it, I was so moved at how the author, Sarah Young was able to use Scripture, as if God (Himself) was speaking directly to me. I started telling others about this amazing Devotional and bought several copies to give away as gifts. All who have received this Devotional have loved it. Sarah Young has written a couple of other Devotionals called "Dear Jesus" and "Jesus Lives", both of which are equally as excellent. I would "highly" recommend any one of these, but would suggest that if you're not familiar w/any of the above, to start w/Jesus Calling. It will change your life!!

    A Devotion for Every Day

    I received my copy for Christmas 2012. I began reading it Jan. 1, 2013. I continue to read it daily, and I am always amazed at how, as the years go by, the words are still so appropriate for my life. I think so highly of this book of daily devotionals that these 3 are going to become gifts to others that I minister to. I use an NIV Bible to read and understand the accompanying verses that the author bases her devotion on. This is a great price for 3 books, and......free shipping! It doesn't get much better than this!
