If you have a gen4, this item needs a little hand fitting with some sandpaper or a file if you have the large grips with beavertail. Nothing major. The issue is not the magwell but the area where the magwell is screwed in the grip. sand both parts magwell and grip panel, it may take a few tries but it will fit perfectly snug when done.

Really have no idea why but when installed (and I have one on my 17 never once an issue) on my 23, mags will NOT seat no matter how hard I try. I’ve tried taking it off and reinstalling, I’ve tried sanding the lower 1/4 inch or so of the frame in case it wasn’t going in enough...no go. So got a decently priced paper weight 😑

Purchased it for my G19 Gen3. The install was fairly simple, no mods needed, fist perfectly around the well without any gap and definitely helps with faster mag changes. Good quality and just the right amount of lip (not bulky) at the bottom of the frame to position your grip. Magpul makes good stuff but I think this one is some how overpriced, depending on where you buy it. A dab of Blue Loctite to the screw doesn't hurt.

Was a prefect fit and filled in the holes in the bottom of the grip and makes it look much better and is an inexpensive part.

The Magwell fit nicely, everything is flush and seamless. It really helps the Glock 19 to be fast and repeatable for grip and reloads. I have larger hands so the ledge created by the Magwell gives A positive position for my pinky to lock into.
