This is a great concept and a nice item but it is not an easy install for an inexperienced person to do...I have been a luthier for a good 30 years and have built many nuts from scratch and this is the first one of these that I have tried...I love the concept but could be a disaster if done wrong...

Direct fit into a Fender Road Worn 50's Telecaster with 7.25" radius. But it's tall. A lot taller than expected. The only way to fix this will be to drill shallow holes below the nut under each screw so the screws can be screwed down more. Or grind down the bottom ends of the screws. I have them all down as far as I can without drilling the neck and it's pretty high. Still playable. But too high. Not a big deal for me. I will drill it. It sounds great. Looks great. Overall very happy.

notified seller within hours but no response of any kind did I get and it arrived- so instead of wasting my time ordering the correct one ill just sit this on my desk for decoration..... this means I paid about double for the bass nut- a pretty good endorsement I would say.
