Its exactly what you see. Just put mine in my Glock 23 and my OCD has finally calmed down. The useless hole is gone. Only possible con for some people is that you can't attach the grip adjusters that come with the gun.

Ordered this and when I received it, found I had one...it didn't fit either and this one didn't work as well...they seem to be a bit larger than the opening and I don't believe there is material enough to remove some to make it fit...so it got stuck in the box with the first one...

As described. Fits perfectly. Looks and functions as designed. Good price. This is NOT a negative so to speak, but if you plan on running any of the included backstraps on the Glock, this will not work with the Gen 5s. Not 100% sure on the Gen 4s as my G34 Gen4 has a magwell installed so couldn't check it for certain. I put this in my G19X to replace the silly lanyard loop and Im running the small strap without beavertail and I had to trim it down to fit.
