This book only explains how the diet works I was under the impression that it would give me daily menu ideas and lay out a months schedule of meals , it does not. It does give you an understanding of how the diet works and a bunch of recipes that are so complicated I found 2 that I would make. Also everything is in metric so you have to convert to ounces and cups. I would not recommend it.
