Jumping to windows 10 requires a bit of a learning curve but Microsoft mostly got this right Apps are still not up to apples iOS but as more developers write for windows 10 hopefully this will get better. Works great on this hp laptop. Laptop could be faster but not bad and much better than my i5 that was 7 yrs old I like the backlit key board and the touchpad is fast and easy to use and it's easy to switch from mouse to touchscreen which is very responsive. Runs quiet and not nearly as hot as my last hp. Overall very satisfied so far
