I can remember watching this series...5 Movies.. back in the Drive In Days... and it was popular way back then... There have been a ton of similar movies over the years.. and their newer scripts and production values have been so much better.. This movie today would be a D.. below average// in comparison.. See Dirty Harry or the Die Hard for better versions.

Death Wish 5 was good, but not as good as the previous four movies. Almost half the movie went by before Bronson did his thing. I'm still glad I bought though, as I'm a big fan of Bronson & the movie series.

I could go on forever about how awesome charles bronson is! A true entertainer. When his era ended, the left began to spread more and more ironicly. The left equals the new nazis. . . .What can i say. . . I say what i like whenever i like and only GOD has dominon over my voice of truth. Dvd is in good shape.

Charles Bronson, is the Epitome (perfect example) of the PAYBACK , (revenge or the avenger) of the bad guys. Just pure un-adulterated revenge. We have all wanted to do that at one time or another. He didn't take no BS from anybody. He did what he felt he had to do. It makes you feel better knowing the scum of this earth doesn't get away with killing someone. There's no Justice, there's JUST US . Law Enforcement can't be there, even when criminals get off through some stupid loophole in the system. This is a GREAT SERIES, This movie was the best of the series, showed more methodical way of getting the criminal, protecting the innocence of the children, Got a job to do, you just do it. whatever has to be done. I have all 5 of them. I've watched them several times, I still never tire of watching them. Mr. Bronson is the Quintessential Avenger. Even though vigilanteism may be legally wrong, it fit's our mind-sets, because people are tired of criminals getting away with their crimes. There's more fear of our justice system than anything else. both of our system & with-in the system, people losing their lives over nothing, Justice system can't handle it, We need people like Mr. Bronson, even if it's only for purely psychologigal justice. Great Movies All Around. The 5th. movie is the BEST. shows more of what needs to be done and DO IT. I'll never tire of this series, Just sorry there's not more of them made.
