Hello, another Storm is Bruin, " The Bruin Ambush 370", received it on the 20th of November, assembled crossbow zeroed scope in for field points use, in just a few shots. Nov.23 took it out for a day of abuse, 20-50 yards, it shot main crosshairs in the scope 10 thru 30 yards all with field points, 40 yards I had to Bracket split the distance between main crosshairs and second crosshair in the graduated scope ladder reticle, 50 yards was the second crosshair, and that is where I stopped, I am sure you can go further than that because there are more reticles at least 3 more and more than sure they would be very close to aimpoint with the supplied crossbolts, I was using 125 grain instead of the supplied 100 grain field tips. By this point my brother and I had already put 20 shots at least, here's where we put the abuse in, I figured if it survives lots of shot cycles on its second outing then it would make it through a couple of seasons of normal use. I was firing in a sitting position with steady sticks nothing fancy real world shooting not like on a bench with bags or a bipod, I switched to broadheads after about 30 more shots it was zeroed in, slow process due to the fixed broadheads not flying field point accurate, it was zeroed at 20 yards, and flew good out to 50 yards inch off bullseye, but real world shooting just on cheap steady sticks, the trigger is very good light and with a clean predictable repeatable break with consistent grouping of dead on or an inch off of dead center at 20- 50 yards with supplies scope, safety controls worked flawless, this crossbow has plenty of Kinetic energy even at 50 yards burying itself deep in my 30" inch foam broadhead block target and sticking out back side 8 inches for me to pull bolts clean through, that is where indexing your broadheads to your vanes comes in, vanes on supplied crossbolts are glued on very good and withstood allot of abuse being pulled through my foam block target. I will be using the crossbolt already set up for taking my first deer with this new crossbow, you really do get allot for a modest low priced setup for me "less is more", I rate it at 5 stars recommend it to anyone, hell my brother wants on now, I can say it survived a Hellstorm of use I''de say just under 70 shots, great quiet crossbow that stayed consistant during its tough breakin period I put it Through. Bruin Ambush 370 one tough S.O.B., will definately buy another to put away for spare well worth it.Read full review

Bought the Ambush 345 for my daughter and this 370 for me. I sighted her crossbow in 2 days ago....sighted mine in today....This 370 seems a lot faster than the 345. I understand it is but you can really tell "soooowacka !" and it is there. Like the illuminated scope feature a lot, intensity and color choices, really nice. Need a new target. I was shooting thru about 8" of 1/2" foam insulation. Worked out fine for the 345 but my 370 punched thru it.

Couldn't be much more satisfied! 1st, The bad as I see it, the quiver seams cheap, the supplied arrows also are kinda cheap. To adjust the but stock, you must remove some fasteners but I guess that's no big deal, once you have it where you want it lock it down and leave it be. That's about it. Now for the good. The scope is ok, alot better than some out there and I like it better than the green dot on my other bow. Bow was easy to assemble with supplied tools, but would be easier if you have tee handle wrenches or Allen sockets on a ratchet. I lubricated the entire string mechanism and took it out to try it I only shot it three times with the same arrow. And only at about 15 yards as I didn't know how it would react. BAM! It hit hard, sunk about 4 inches from the fetching in my Morell target. And more importantly, dead center. Now this is unbelievable, the next 2 hit the same hole! I was sitting on the ground using my elbow on my knee for rest. I know that's a short distance but dang, right out of the box like that, I am ecstatic! Only time will tell in the woods if this is gonna be a good one but first impression is excellent. Read full review

Very easy to setup (20min), very powerful and well built. Remember to wax the strings prior to use and oil the rails. Accurate but heavier than expected. Don’t let the weight distract you, it’s well built and very quiet. Overall excellent crossbow for the money.

Quick delivery! High quality and accurate. Assembly instructions are poor. Take your time and with just a little common sense the bow assembles pretty easy. A long T handle Allen wrench wil make putting the front bolts in easier. May end up buying my son one now! Bow shoots fast/harder enough with little arrow drop have not need the second solid horizontal line in the scope even at 40 yards.
