Very thin leather and not worth the price. There are some much better options available. I bought a different one from a different manufacturer and it's of much higher quality and has a handle and a thick piece of leather on both sides so you can have compound on one side and leave the other natural. I've tried to give this one away several times and after they see it nobody will take it for free!
