I bought this set of black barrel knobs to swap them out with my chrome set. First of all, they are made for solid shaft pots, that's why they have the screw. Second, the extra ring they have make them usable on metric sized pots, which are smaller. Third, they are really well made, solid metal and I don't see that black color going anywhere soon. Add to all these their price which is really good for what they are, I think this is a top notch aftermarket set of knobs.
