    Great Knife!

    This is a great knife overall! Superb looks, sleek and shiny. Looks like an expensive name brand knife. One small problem, there is a real problem trying to get this knife to open with the flipper and makes your index finger sore after a while. Basically impossible to open without using the flipper trying to bypass the 1st issue. Other than that great little knife for the price!

    except 1 thing

    I love this knife for the money EXCEPT you can't get it open! It literally takes two hands. I believe it's a design flaw with the captive bead that locks into the blade divot when the knife is shut. ...I'm going to try to reach the captive bead with a file and see if i can lessen the force need to open the knife...

    Won't thumb-open, won't lock in place when open

    The blade won't spring-assist thumb open, & very difficult to grip to open with thumb and finger. And once it is open it will not lock in the open position, I tried to loosen the screw but the seating nut just turns and turns. If I can get the screw to loosen up a little it might work better. I will get it to work eventually. It is a real gem: tiny, shiny, and neat. Other reviews mostly don't seem to have these issues. Luckily I have a Husky precision screwdriver set and love to tinker. A little bit of work on the heel of the blade with a metal file will get it to lock no prob. At $6.95 plus free shipping it is an awsome knife for the money.

    a favorite knife to carry

    Tho a bit on the small side, there is nothing wrong with this pocket knife design at all. It looks very nice, all chromed. Even without a break-in, it is smooth 1 handed open & close and has a nice sharp edge. The pocket clip goes on and off jeans pocket easily.
