What a very nice portable washing system. It will get much use cleaning everything from cars to house windows. Time will tell how long lasting it is but for now it seems to be working great. Parts all appear brand new despite described refurbished condition. Includes a garden hose input attachment or you can just run it from included hose in a bucket of clean water for convenient portable use (when you don't have a garden hose available). Very low water use rate is good for water conservation needs. Be aware that water output flow is equally low so it's not very effective at moving material with the output stream (not for sweeping driveways). It's better for cleaning small surface areas like windows, outdoor implements etc. and is quite effective at this limited role. Overall it's a very nice cleaning tool to have available.Read full review

This tool is of good quality and generally does what it is supposed to do. I am giving only three stars because I am disappointed in the performance of this product. I dug up landscape rocks buried in front of my house for years and before we moved in. My plan was to use the Hydroshot to clean the rocks before returning them nice and white to the front of the house. Certainly this tool would do a better job than the highest setting of my hose, right? Well, the results have been mixed. First, don't assume you can include soap or diluted bleach with the attachment, because the attachment only works on the low setting. Perhaps I should have realized this beforehand, but if the attachments are no different than what one puts on a hose, why are they even made? Second, the siphon hose. I was using the Hydroshot with a bucket of water so I could use my hose separately. It seems that my two older 20V WORX batteries are too weak to siphon water up the hose, even when fully charged. The 20V battery that came with the unit is adequate, but the siphon method is no good for a stop and start job like mine A lot of battery power is wasted re-siphoning the water. I tried laying the Hydroshot down different ways and different directions to lessen the load on the unit, but I have not found anything that really helps. Third, the direct hose connection. I switched to the hose connection and was pleased to see the maintained level of power, even with my older WORX batteries. The downside to hooking the hose directly is the hose adapter. I have a new ZeroG hose in excellent condition. It fits snugly on the hose adapter, but the Hydroshot leaks at the orange snap-on part. Turning the hose down as low as possible makes no difference in the amount of water leaked. Coincidentally, my son said they have a Hydroshot at his place of employment and said it was great. I asked if they were using it from a hose or bucket. He said it was hooked up to a hose. I asked if their Hydroshot leaked. He said it doesn't because the Hydroshot is securely TAPED to the hose with waterproof tape. So, I guess if you can dedicate a hose to the Hydroshot you may be good to go. I was perfectly dry using the unit from a bucket, but with the hose hooked up I get soaked. I plan to keep the unit because I still have to finish the job I purchased it for, and it does get the dirt off the rocks that the hose will not. The job will take longer than I hoped and will certainly be a lot wetter. After this job is done it may be hard finding a meaningful use for my Hydroshot.Read full review

Like most people have stated, be aware of what you are purchasing. This is NOT a portable pressure washer. It is a convenient, easy way of cleaning equipment, tools, vehicles, etc. when a spigot/garden hose is not available. I have actually found it easier to use the Hydroshot and a bucket to more easier than unrolling my hose and lugging around the lawn to wash my cars and trucks. One thing to note is that if there is any air leaking into the system, you will greatly loose pressure. Make sure the seals are in place and the connections are tight.

It's a great product! Only downfall is that it didn't include the accessories that are started as such. However, the seller was very easy to work with & rectified the error. Once the hose vacuum seals, with water, it's able to release a powerful spray. Or Our ac units have been in our shed, since Oct 2018. It's now May 2019 &, as you can see, the dirt's just coming off with ease! Great investment & motivator, for anyone to get outside Spring cleaning done, in little time & with little energy!

Not really much better than a good garden hose with good water pressure. The only real benefit is portability and using another water source IF AVAILABLE . Not disappointed - but - doesn't really deserve all the HYPE! I'll use it like my regular hose and nozzle when I'm washing my cars and house windows so I won,t have to hook up my REAL PRESSURE WASHER! I say it's not a "good" value only because you can buy a much more powerful and functional Electric Pressure Washer today for about the same price!
