It has been a long time coming but I had to retire my old metal hard hat. I spend plenty of time in the woods logging and I have always liked my old Mac metal hard hat over plastics. This is the first hard hat I am ok with switching into. I have tried several plastic hard hats but they have never made it to lunch break before I have thrown them back in the truck and gone back to my old metal old. So I debated for several months if I was going to try one since they are kind of spending to just turn out to be like all the other ones but I couldn’t be happier. The hat is light weight and it doesn’t have a brim that sticks way out so it’s not constantly getting knocked off your head.
