A100% After looking at it for a hot min I figured out you have to remove the idle mixture screw to mount all parts are there and work as described The springs are a bit difficult to install but I got them in place took all toll about 20min to complete

Item does not fit the bolt holes do not line up, seller tells me it's not defective even with pictures of the holes not lining up. Also sent pictures with the measurement difference between the factory oil pan and he still refused to pay return shipping. Also sent pictures of the poor quality of the chrome finish a lot of unfinished area his reply was that is normal. Total denial of a defective product. Buyer beware!
