I'm located in Las Vegas NV, and I have ordered 2 units for my 11k gallon in ground pool . Whe seller was super helpful and they delivered the unit in 3 days. The installation was super easy and straight forward. It took me one day to do the whole install. Performance wise it is what I expected. It does need 2 units to heat a 11k gallon in ground pool. I have also replaced the water in the pool and the 2 heater has heated the water from 65f to 82f in about 24 hours. Great product!

Download the smartlife app, unlock controls on unit and turn it on, then press and hold the power button until you see the wifi symbol appear on the screen flashing. Open smartlife app , connect to wifi and search for new device(it might have already popped up automatically as well) if it doesn't populate after the search go into manual search and under large appliance you it.

The item was received perfect! Fast delivery! The heat pump is kick but! It will take 4 days to get to 85 . Once it gets to desired temp. It maintains that temp. This heater also has a smart app. You can control the heat via smart device! This is a well built heater.
