This is a must have item if you have multiple toolboxes stored in multiple places! The Tick works with the Milwaukee OneKey service to provide a free inventory tracking and management for the small business or multi-site Maker! Will put up more pros and cons. So far the only con is that one of the 4 Ticks had a nearly dead button battery. But the OneKey app showed the battery status as I was entering it so I replaced the battery. Since you can find these in 4 packs on eBay for under $6.50 each, this is an excellent solution for the individual who visits each site where tools are stored often. Just make sure the app is set to the Advanced mode on your smartphone or tablet so you increase the chance of picking up the Tick signal each time you come near the Ticks!

Don't expect to be able to easily find whatever the Ticks are fastened on. They are not as trackable as advertised. They do not update location unless someone with the Onekey ap happens to wander by the tagged item within 100 feet and even then sometimes it doesn't update for days. Not worth the investment to me.
