Buyer initially sent message that they were unhappy with shipping speed and wanted to cancel the order if it didn't arrive sooner. Next message the buyer stated the package arrived late and damaged so i suggested they return for a refund. No return was ever initiated and buyer left negative feedback stating this was a scam as the item was late, damaged packaging, and didn't work (new item) but refused to return the item after several reminders that it could be returned for a full refund.
