Great sounding!
As you would expect from Aquila, no surprises, I wanted to try low G tuning and they sound as I expected them to. I use Aquila's on my HF1/HF2/HF#, & Kala Concert and Once strings are settled in they hold a tune very well, What I can say is they are CONSISTENT! I play them on 4 Ukes and they all "act" and sound the same. Gotta give them a try.
I'm a beginner on Ukulele, so I'm trying out different strings as part of my journey to see what I like and what works for me. The trebles are definitely thicker than the fluorocarbon I had on my uke. And I do like the wound Low G bass string. So not saying yes or no. But I do think everyone should try to experience for themselves.
