    Great price

    These are very comfortable and fit well in a typical pair of flat sole tennis shoes. Couldn't use them in my running shoes though. Pushed the heal up too high for that style shoe. Was uncomfortable for me. It could just be I have a smaller foot.

    Look Elseware

    Insoles are made out of foam with no arch support. I should have know I was getting junk for $9.00. Spend the cash and buy the Superfoot Green.
