It'sok, but not better than Omega Paw.
I have tried all the self cleaning and easy clean cat boxes made in the last 20 years, including the very expensive $500 litter robot. The Omega Paw is by far the best cat litter box ever made, and i have 3 of those currently. Since this LITTER SPINNER is one i haven't tried yet, i thought it was worth a try, although i did not expect it to be better than the Omega Paw. After a month of using now, i think it is time to tell of my impressions of it. It is exactly as i suspected it would be - no surprises, it is a good cat box, and if it were not for Omega Paw i would recommend it as the best, but Omega Paw still comes out as a better box. The biggest problem about the litter spinner is it is not big enough for cats over about 7-8 pounds, my cats go all the way to 18 pounds. All of my cats ... All of my cats except the smallest one (9 pounds) prefer to use the Omega Paw, because they can get in it and move around more freely. The next issue is spillage, it is easier for the cats to kick the litter out of the box with the litter spinner than it is for the Omega Paw, so it lends itself to more work in that way. The third issue where the Omega Paw is better is the waste tray. On the litter spinner the bottom of the tray is slotted as it is used as the sifter so it tends to spill litter and waste out on the floor when pulling it out. The Omega Paw does not spill anything out when removing the tray. The Omega Paw assembles, and disassembles easier for cleaning also. The fifth thing better about the Omega Paw is price - half the price of the litter spinner. BOTTOM LINE - If you have one or two SMALL cats the litter spinner is a good product, but if you have larger cats or more cats - get the Omega Paw, and you can buy two Omega paws for the price of one litter spinner.
