Excellent chair, brand new. Fast shipping from seller. The only thing I miss, is that this should be a "fully loaded" and it lacks the Forward Tilt function. But I'm not sure this was a mistake or not. Can't complain. All the rest is great. I just wish their descriptions were more detailed. This is my first Herman Miller and I was not very acquainted with this specific product and options.

This chair is great! We used Mirra chairs at my office and I liked how comfy they are, so was happy to find one for home at such a great price. My Mirra from Madison was in the exact condition described, arrived super fast via Fed Ex and took just a few seconds to put together. Been using it all week and it's excellent! Thanks a bunch!

I must say that the team at Madison Seating is top notch.. Amazing customer support, very prompt. The chair arrived extremely quick and packaged perfectly, the chair was just as described, used but basically new and the price beyond reflects that. I had a issue with my chair not working properly gas cylinder and reached out to support and to my surprise they went above and beyond any expectation to fix the solution and made it absolutely hassle free in fixing the issue. Chair was priced nicely compared to new and looks great out of the box. No idea if it's actually Open Box or Refurbished but it looks as good as new so I'm fine with it. Local FedEx was a nightmare and contacted MS to ask for help even though it's out of their control and their timely responses reflected that. Would definitely buy from this seller again (And hope for UPS delivery. Haha.)

Item was listed as New - Open Box. Item received was refurbished. Seller just told me too bad and that I should be happy I got a good price. Could not disassemble to return. Now have to deal with credit card company. Wouldn’t have minded a refurbished chair if that was what I ordered. I paid a little more thinking it was not a refurb. Buyer beware. Smelled like spray paint out of the box and not sure how well new foam will hold up compared to manufacturer original. Was heavily scratched as well.
