Overall experience was positive. iMac is in very good condition and works like new. My only issue was the packaging. It was in the original, opened box; however, the box was not taped at all. When I took it from the UPS driver and set it down, it fell open and the computer was exposed and uncovered. Thankfully, it was undamaged, which is really remarkable considering its trek across the country untaped. I will say the seller was very honest when they listed as “open box” :)
