I received the Luiz Miguel CD in it on Monday, April 15, 2024. Nice quick service. I opened the package and I found the CD case with the Documentation for "Romances" by Luiz Miguel. So far so good. However when I opened the CD case, I found the CD that was included was not Romances, instead it was his CD titled Romance. Notice one ends in "e" and the other ends in "es". Almost the same name but an entirely different library of songs. I wanted to receive Romances. Can I exchange it?

After three years of Achilles' tendon pain and several trips to the Dr. I felt relief after just three weeks of following this video. I purchased a second copy to take on trips or loan to friends. It also helped me develop great upper body strength. I'm heavy set with big legs. I can do everything well that it contains except "child's pose".

Was disappointing..poses way to drawn out and seemed to be more of a breathing exercise rather than different poses.. Have one that I loaned out and much prefer it..20 min and will ask for it back Wanted to gift a person with this one but don't think it would be used as he is a beginner and would likely get pretty bored with it as I was.

It is not easy , It is not too difficult. Just right for sweating and feeling good. I am glad that I have this DVD. You can use for morning and evening 35/30 minutes or full course.I like this DVD. Elena Brower is a fantastic yoga instructor. This DVD is easy to follow, since Elena takes everything slowly, the way yoga is meant to be. It's very calming, informative and enjoyable. LOVE IT!

Great for insomnia and relaxation before bedtime
PM has been very helpful for my chronic insomnia. I am also taking a product called MaxGxl that I bought from an ebay seller. But, the yoga is what has made the difference in my anxiety at bedtime. Like many other insomniacs I get anxiety about having anxiety about going to sleep. In other words, I am afraid that I won't go to sleep so that makes me have anxiety and then I can't fall asleep. I've learned that this is common among insomniacs. These two products together have virtually "cured" my insomnia.PM has been very helpful for my chronic insomnia.
