This product exceeded all of my expectations. It arrived 2 days early in a very small box. However, it was extremely easy to assemble and, when completed, was very study and stable. Entire process took less than 15 minutes from bringing in the box and using all of its capabilities. A very impressive product. Both on-unit and the remote control worked perfectly. Product even included the 2 AAA batteries needed by the remote control. A great product at a truly fantastic price.
