Yes I just got this solar generator from you just over a month ago on April 5 th 2024. It has been working ok for the
first 3 weeks and then started give me just a little trouble but still worked. and now 2 weeks later I cant get it to turn on at all. The unit lights up but will not generate any power to ANYTHING . Ok thank you for your time and let me know what I should do.

I’m gonna stay neutral with my feedback of this bag.
I expected more from the bag such as a pocket for cords and accessories. Shipping was fast. The price for the bag was great. I just really have a problem with not having a pocket for my cords and accessories. The seller is great and I do highly recommend Ecoflow.
