Seller says item is defective so they couldn't ship it. Canceled order and said 'buyer requested to cancel order'. NOT true. Why is this listing not closed if the item is defective? The seller is still selling the very same item with the very same item number. I don't get it.

Sunglasses were described as being GRADIENT (lenses go dark in bright light and lighten under lesser light). The lenses WERE NOT GRADIENT, but fixed at a light gray. Upon arrival, one lens had popped out of the frame and the frame was slightly bent. Arrived unsupported in an envelope. Contacted seller about this issue and seller wanted photo proof (done). Seller then offered a 50 percent refund without sending item back (return shipping would have been on me). Done deal.

Stay the F away from this company!!!! 28 days for delivery and when I messaged them I was told 3 times to be patient and will arrive in 2-5 days which it didn’t. When they did arrive boxes were damaged and ZERO customer service! Horrible company and will NEVER use them again. The positive feed back is probably from owners or employees! Horrible
