Communication was difficult and turnaround time was s-l-o-w. I finally got through after sending a complaint that we hadn't received it yet. I was told they don't promise a turnaround time. Except that it says, "We have a fast turnaround for this repair & return." 21 days from shipped to receiving it back. That doesn't seem fast to me. Ultimately, it worked flawlessly and was packaged well. Our customer was frustrated but back on the road and ok. I'd have shopped elsewhere had I known how long.

Great place to work with. I saw they had great reviews and the price was more than reasonable. Had a scan tool known issue with my 2001 Dodge's PCM, shipped the computer off on a Friday, they got it on Monday and shipped it back on Thursday repaired. Great small town customer service and work. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
