Penny Pincher and Hagler when it comes to customer service ..pants were a bit more worn than portrayed and there were grass stains in two different spots on these pants and I showed the seller pictures of that however they failed to acknowledge it and kept going on about the distressed look which has nothing to do with grass stains. I'm always quite graceful when it comes to leaving feedback, however this particular transaction I would say went awry.

Sellers beware! Purchased at offer price to replace identical pair they bought from another seller in bad condition.. wanted shipping below actual cost... got item and complained about ribbed areas under knees (visible in pics). Removed frayed areas and sent pics (didn't like the stacked/ribbed area? but had another pair?). Buyer said there were light and dark areas (these had an acid wash look with dark/light areas). There were no grass stains on what we sold. Wanted refund and keep item!?
