    It’s worth every penny spent on the W11C shreddee

    I have used many shredders in my life..from office shredders that stand about 3 ft talk to smaller ones for the home. I just purchased this Fellowes shredder to replace another straight cut Fellowes shredder plus another from Staples which jammed every blessed minute. The W11C shredder stands shoulders above the rest. It is fast, but a little noisy and efficient. My daughter just moved out and left us with stacks of her mail. This shredder was undaunted in its job to shred all those bags of mail without a whimper. It is a very good buy. I will recommend this shredder any day.

    I'm keeping it. Fellowes is the best.

    I am replacing a 20-yr old model on which the bin had cracked and broken. Ordered the same model but it is VERY NOISY !!! The new model has a complex ON/OFF switch which I do not like. This new one is s little smaller and lighter, much easier to empty. But it is WAYYYY too noisy. I am 92 and trying to shred everything in my home office, to "get my house in order". Thanks. It will serve the purpose,

    Shredder

    Shredder works fine. Don't know if there will ever be a shredder that holds enough shredded paper. My major complaint is having to remove the shredding unit to dump the paper. Shredded paper gets spilled onto the floor. I liked the one I had with the pullout bin. It was larger as well.

    Great product but NOISEY

    This shredder works very well. It does everything that is advertised. I especially like the weight (heavy) that makes it less likely to turnover. Multiple pages (I've only tried up to five) go through just fine, albeit a little slowly. Credit cards present no problem. The only downside to this shredder is the noise. This thing will wake the dead!

    Fellowes Shredder W-11C

    Although it makes more noise than previous shredders that I've owned, it shreds fast and thoroughly. The handle on the top is a great feature when emptying the shreddings.
